very friendly family owned and staff is very helpful extreamly clean and in downtown core not far walk to the water or to stores
I just love this place. The rooms are spartan, so,nothing gets dusty, brilliant. But lets get to the really good stuff. You can spend hours sitting out front watching people buy gas. It,gets pretty exciting betting if they will pump diesel or gas. If you are lucky enough to be the big winner, you get your picture taken in front of a painted tiger on the wall, like old Frenchy whats his name there. This place just cant be beat.
Hotel is conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it was closed for maintenance. I was in a kitchenette suite. Had a small but functional kitchen with stove, mini fridge, cutlery, cookware, etc. The unit also had a HDTV and a sofa. The bedroom was separate from the livong/dining area (which was nice)
My recent stay in August at Dreamcatcher was again a great experience!! The staff are the BEST and the room was spotless. Within walking distance to everything in town and a short cab ride (if necessary) to the airport. I would recommend Dreamcatcher to anyone who wants to have a great stay in the area.
The restaurant inside- The Rock Fish and Chip Co. Is amazing! Great people and great food all around. One of the nicer places in town for a casual meal that won't break the bank. The staff always have a smile on their face and are super kind! Definitely my new go to place for some good ol' comfort food.
